Capabilities

Full lifecycle support for commercial data.

The pipeline

Seven jobs, one accountable partner.

Data moves left to right through every stage. Select one to see where it fits.

01

Map the commercial data landscape against the mission requirement.

02

Vet quality, provenance, and vendor conflicts before any money moves.

03

Negotiate terms and carry the acquisition through to award.

04

Structure usage rights and terms that hold up over the data's life.

05

Put guardrails around access, quality, and compliant use.

06

Ingest, structure, and make the data usable through controlled access.

07

Stay on after award to monitor, renew, and keep the data mission-ready.

Need only one stage? We can lead the whole lifecycle, or slot into yours.

Consortium management

When the mission needs a market,
not a vendor.

Our consortium management services provide a standing pool of vetted commercial data and technology providers that a program office can engage with to appropriately and efficiently compete work. As a 501(c)(3), we engage and manage the vendors, run the competitions, and administer the agreements without any bias or conflicts of interest.

One agreement, many providers

Your office works through one accountable partner and reaches the whole member pool, instead of standing up and administering a dozen separate vendor relationships.

Requirements go straight to competition

Members are vetted and onboarded before your requirement exists, so a new need starts at competition rather than starting from zero.

The administration is ours

Membership vetting, task competition, compliance, and reporting are run by us and documented so the record holds up under oversight.

Built for program and acquisition offices standing up a vehicle, sponsors who need to reach many commercial providers at once, and primes or partners who would rather team through one.

How we engage

Direct award, grants and cooperative agreements, teaming as a subcontractor, or consortium management — the vehicle changes, the posture doesn't: neutral, defensible, and accountable to the mission.
